Is a contract, short term or long term agreement required to start services?

No. We do work with short and long term contracts, but many of our clients also work on a project by project basis.

Is there a deposit required to start services?

We do ask for a 50% payment for services, however we work with each client to meet their unique accounts payable requirements.

Does Caliber offer a guarantee for the work performed?

If a client isn’t satisfied with the work we continue to perform until satisfaction is met.

Do you provide one-on-one training services?

We do not provide one-on-one training.

Do you provide virtual training services?

We do provide virtual training services for clients looking to train employees.

What can I do now to prevent cyber attacks?

Take proper care to avoid ransomware attacks, make sure employees are trained and look to a company like Caliber Security to perform penetration testing.
